Hemorrhage
Is designated by the name of bleeding to loss of blood due to trauma (wounds) or diseases (ulcer).
It is important to remember that before any type of bleeding that can compromise the victim, it must be addressed with all the precautions and, if possible, in a place which can implement the necessary measures to save a life.
Along with the fever and pain, bleeding is one of the most common symptoms of illness or injury. The body has mechanisms to prevent or stop bleeding, which together are called homeostasis.
Hemostasis, then, can be defined as the complex series of biological phenomena that occur as an immediate response wing of a blood vessel injury. The injured vessel contracts, but this contraction is generally insufficient to stop the bleeding. Seconds later the platelets bind to the injured area.Thus, the lumen is progressively occluded by a platelet mass known by the name of homeostatic platelet plug.
This at first is permeable, allowing a small leakage of blood.
It soon becomes impermeable or consolidated, and the hole closes. During this period it has begun the process of blood clotting, and it is clear fibrin deposition, especially at the periphery of the cap.
Factors involved in homeostasis extra vascular and intra vascular. Extra vascular factors are those that are located or exert their action outside the vessels. Vascular factors are those that are found in the blood vessel wall. Intra vascular factors are those that are located or exert their action within you glasses.
Bleeding is important for the functions that blood must fulfill: to nourish the cells, carries oxygen and regulate body temperature. To meet these needs of the body has about five liters of blood, which contains red blood cells, white cells and platelets, and also because the blood travel all the elements that the body ingests.
The bleeding can be classified in subcutaneous, internal or external.

Tags: Finger Hung, Hands and Feet, Hidden Fractures, Injuries Seriously
Despite the fact that this chapter refers to lesions on the hands and feet, most of the problems come from the hands and fingers. A dangerous lie is that some of these injuries are only “a bend of fingers.” You should take these injuries seriously. If there is a finger joint in a sow is dislocated, it should be fully evaluated by a physician, no matter how quick and easy it was put in place the dislocated joint.
One of the most significant and common injuries to the fingers is the “mallet finger.” In this injury, the tendon (along the back of the finger) that stretches the joint is torn from the last bone of the finger. Consequently, the tip of the finger hung, and the player can not fully extend the tip of the finger with the force of its own muscle. A “mallet finger” requires medical attention.
Remember that there are also multiple small joints in the wrist. Be very suspicious of anything that may seem a sprained wrist. Many of these so-called hidden fractures sprains in fact, that are not obvious at first examination.
PREVENTION
Many of these small joints injuries can be prevented by teaching the proper techniques of game. This is especially true for catchers.

A small joint of the body may not be an injury at all small. But too often, these joints – fingers and toes – are considered less important than the knees, ankles, shoulders and elbows. These should be taken seriously, discussed and evaluated just as you would if you had reason to believe that a player has suffered any laceration, sprain or fracture. In the case of an injured finger, the delicate balance of a tendon and ligaments around the joint may be broken and permanently damaged if the injury is not treated properly.EVALUATION
Listen:
* History of a direct blow, often in the same ball.
* When told that the joint is out of place, even if it has already returned to their place.
Note:
* Strain or appearance that something is out of place.
* Swelling (mild, moderate, severe)
Feel:
* Do you have pain? (Mild, moderate, severe)
* Feeling of two bones creak of scraping.
Move:
* Have the players stretch and bend the joints completely, all fingers (compare with the tip without damaging).
TREATMENT
* Apply PATCH
* Use an adhesive bandage as a temporary splint method
* Notify parents
* You may call a doctor, especially if excessive deformation, or if the joint does not move completely.
