[3] New Article 590 (assault and battery). - “Whoever causes one to blame others for personal injury and ‘punished with imprisonment up to three months or a fine of up to six hundred thousand pounds. In case of injury of several persons who should apply the penalty imposed for the most serious of violations, plus up to three times, but the penalty of imprisonment not exceeding five years. Crime and ‘punishable on complaint by the injured party, except as provided in the first and second paragraphs, limited to acts committed in violation of the rules for the prevention of occupational accidents or work in hygiene or having given an occupational disease ’.
